• Initial Screening: Good Physical Appearance

• Solid command of English and Afrikaans

• Have attained at least 85% in our Aptitude Test

• P.S.I.R.A. Grading – Check

• Police and ITC clearance checks

• Previous work reference checks

• Original Grade 12 School Certificate

• Match the profile for the ideal Security Officer for the specific contract

• Successful interview with General Manager

• Successful completion of our Recall Induction Course

• Pre-Polygraph tests & Polygraph test conducted every six months while on site, thereafter as required
